- All customer purchases placed on Naturally Canada’s Marketplace have 21 days to return the item/item’s purchased and must be in their original condition.
- An RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns/store credit.
- All returns are to be mailed back by Canada Post/UPS addressed to Naturally Canada - Box 1287, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia B0J 2C0
- Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
- A handling and processing fee of $2.99 will be charged for the refund of your original purchase. (This amount will be deducted automatically from your invoice).
- Refunds will be processed within 1 calendar week of receiving your items.
- Exchanges for clothing sizing are the only exchanges accepted on Naturally Canada. Special circumstances will be handled by our customer service and addressed on an individual basis.
- No returns on Sale items or during Holiday Promotion Sales Offerings.
